Full Groom
from £60The complete pampering experience, tailored especially to your dog. Our Full Groom includes a luxurious bath, gentle blow-dry, expert styling, ear cleaning, nail trimming and a finishing spritz — leaving them looking gorgeous, feeling fresh and wonderfully cared for.

from £30A gentle first step into the world of grooming, designed to help your puppy feel happy, safe and confident in the salon. Puppy Introductions are available for puppies up to six months old, and we recommend beginning once their vaccinations are complete. Each introduction is kept positive and includes a gentle bath, blow-dry, brush, ear clean, nail trim and plenty of reassurance — preparing them for future full grooms.

from £12A gentle, professional nail trim to keep your dog's paws comfortable, healthy and well maintained. We take extra care with nervous paws and dark nails, trimming gradually and safely to help prevent overgrowth, splitting and discomfort when walking.
RECOMMENDED EVERY 3–4 WEEKS OR AS NEEDED“From” prices are a starting point — the final price depends on breed, size and coat condition, and we'll always confirm before we start. Matting, de-shedding and behavioural time may add to the price; we'll talk it through first.
Flea policy
If fleas are found during your dog's appointment, an additional £15 charge will apply. This covers the use of specialist flea shampoo and the thorough cleaning and disinfection of the grooming area, helping to protect the health and safety of every dog visiting the salon.

Teeth Cleaning
£15A gentle cosmetic teeth-cleaning treatment using a dog-safe toothbrush, toothpaste and fresh-breath gel to help remove surface build-up and leave your dog's mouth feeling cleaner and fresher. This service supports regular oral hygiene but is not a substitute for professional veterinary dental treatment.
Paw & Nose Treatment
£15A soothing treatment using a nourishing, dog-safe balm to moisturise and soften dry, rough or cracked paw pads and noses. Perfect for restoring comfort and keeping these delicate areas conditioned and protected.
Luxury Facial
£15A gentle, indulgent facial treatment designed to cleanse and refresh your dog's face while helping to soften stubborn tear stains and lift away everyday dirt. Finished with a relaxing facial massage for an extra touch of pampering.
Luxury Deep-Conditioning Treatment
£15An indulgent deep-conditioning treatment designed to nourish, soften and hydrate your dog's coat. Ideal for dry, dull or tangled fur, helping to restore moisture, improve manageability and leave the coat silky, smooth and healthy-looking.
Luxury De-Shedding Mud Spa
£15A luxurious, mineral-rich mud treatment designed to deeply condition the skin and coat while helping to loosen trapped undercoat and reduce excess shedding. Followed by a thorough blow-dry and de-shed, leaving the coat soft, refreshed and noticeably lighter.
Tick Removal
£10Careful removal of an attached tick using the appropriate professional tool. The area will be checked afterwards, and we'll let the owner know if veterinary advice may be required.
Ear Plucking
£10Gentle removal of excess hair from the ear canal for dogs who require it, helping to improve airflow and keep the ears clean and comfortable. This treatment will only be carried out where appropriate and when the dog is comfortable for us to proceed.
Nervous dogs and first-timers get extra time, breaks and a quiet space. We never rush a dog through a groom.
Your dog is groomed start-to-finish by the same experienced groomer, with a spacious waiting area and cosy pens.
