Click & Collect (free)

Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order from the shop at 3 Balgores Square, Gidea Park, Romford RM2 6AU. It’s free, and orders are usually ready within two hours.

You can collect during shop opening hours, Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Collecting your order saves you the delivery charge, and it’s better for the environment too.

We deliver to addresses within about five miles of the shop. This covers Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster, Harold Wood, Collier Row, Dagenham, Rainham, Chadwell Heath, Goodmayes and the nearest parts of Brentwood, Ilford and Chigwell. Local delivery is available for every product, including frozen items.

UK Mainland delivery (£3.99)

Orders without raw food or dog ice cream can be delivered anywhere on UK Mainland. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Wight or the Isles of Scilly, but you are welcome to use Click & Collect.
